How Thingo Works

Thingo^® is a FREE Android application, with a companion web site
The free mobile app enables maximum functionality.

Users

Users are your employees, supervisors, drivers, ... or even friends and family.

Your inventory and move information is available to you and your users. You can assign detailed move orders to users, and track progress as they manage inventory and move things to where they need to go.

Things

Things are your inventory of products, merchandise, or property -- anything that might need moving.

Each thing is identified by name and description, photo, size and weight, as well as optional RFID or QR/Bar coding. As things are moved, their location is updated, so you can track where things are.

Moves

Create Move Orders to specify which Things need go where, and when.

Assign Moves to your users, who will be notified via the Thingo app. Using the app, users can scan RFID/QR codes and photos to confirm items at pickup and delivery -- which also updates the location and status.

Locations for pickup and delivery, the total weight and size, and distance (with route mapping) to travel are provided.

Move history reports help the tracking of inventory, and discovering patterns of movement and usage.

If your business has an existing inventory control system, Thingo can be customized to adapt to, and integrate with, your platform.
